Robert Golden, Dennis Guappone, and Stephen Peck were each president and owner of their own successful employee benefit planning and insurance brokerage firms. Since the focus of their respective firms was so similar they decided to merge in the year 2000, forming United Benefit Services, LLC. The reasons for this merger were:
- To gain additional strength when negotiating on behalf of our clients.
- To maintain and expand state of the art services.
- To provide greater depth of expertise to better service our clients.
